Privacy policy
Last updated 27 July 2026
This policy explains what information BrokerCore collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
- Account details you give us, such as your name, work email, phone number and role.
- Deal and client information you enter into the service to do your broking work.
- Usage information, such as basic logs that help us keep the service running and secure.
How we use it
We use the information to provide and support the service, to keep your account secure, to bill for the plan and add-ons you use, and to get in touch about your account or a walkthrough you have requested.
When we share it
We do not sell your information. We share it only where needed to run the service, for example with third-party providers you choose to use through BrokerCore (such as credit checks, bank statement retrieval or verification), or where the law requires it. Those providers handle information under their own terms.
Storing and protecting it
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold with appropriate technical and organisational measures. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, or if you have a privacy concern, contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies
Our website uses a small number of cookies to make it work and to understand basic usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
