Last updated 27 July 2026
These terms cover your use of BrokerCore, the asset finance writing board (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using BrokerCore on behalf of a brokerage or business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your login and for keeping your credentials secure. Please give us accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Using the service
You may use BrokerCore to manage your own deals, clients and related records in the ordinary course of your broking work. You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access data you are not entitled to, or use it for anything unlawful.
- Keep the information you enter accurate and appropriate for the purpose.
- Only upload client information you are entitled to hold and process.
- Do not share your login with people outside your organisation.
Compliance is yours to own
BrokerCore includes features that help you follow good process, such as consent and assessment steps. These are tools to support you. You remain responsible for meeting your own regulatory and licensing obligations, including those under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act where they apply.
Third-party services
Some features connect to third parties such as credit and verification providers. Their use may be subject to their own terms, and availability can depend on those providers.
Fees
Subscription plans and any pay-as-you-go add-ons are billed as described at sign-up. Prices are shown excluding GST unless stated otherwise. We will give you reasonable notice of any change to standard pricing.
Our content and yours
The BrokerCore software, brand and design belong to us. The client and deal data you enter remains yours; we handle it as described in our Privacy policy.
Availability
We work to keep BrokerCore available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as is" basis and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
